Lloyd Wood - earned - New South Wales TAFE Microskills

Here are certificates earned from microskill courses offered by the New South Wales TAFE system in Australia.

A number of these courses are free, to encourage entry, adoption and uptake of larger paid-for courses. They're quite polished, but can be heavily commercial in flavour; the AI courses are very Microsoft-centric.

The available free courses can be bought singly or in in zero-cost bundles.

Digital

IATD badge IT courses are from IAT Digital, or the Institute of Applied Technology (IAT) - Digital at Meadowbank.

It looks like they're rebranding and restructuring as a National Centre of Excellence.

Construction

CCoE badge There are also free courses from IAT Construction, or the Institute of Applied Technology (IAT) - Construction at Kingswood.

CCOE is Construction Centre of Excellence. They appear to be restructuring and reissuing badges as part of a rebranding exercise. And they also seem to be splitting away from IAT Digital, with a new manual fill-in-an-Office-form approval process for microcredentials which are now scheduled online taught courses (which will be verified by Accredible?) Access to previous easy-to-use convenient courses is still possible via a login. Well, it was good while it lasted.

Water courses

Water Management appears to be the only free section of traditional TAFE courses.
